AutoAlert’s London Congestion Charge Check and Remind app is a simple tool which helps you see whether you’re in the London Congestion Charge and then pay for the charge via the TFL call centre or by text message.

With the London Congestion Charge Check and Remind application, fines for forgetting to pay the London Congestion Charge should be a thing of the past.

Getting started with London Congestion Charge Check and Remind

1. Download the London Congestion Charge Check and Remind application from the Apple iTunes store.
2. The application will check to see whether you’re currently within the London Congestion Charge Zone
3. The application will also check the time and date to see whether a charge would need to be paid
4. If the charge needs to be paid, then click on congestion charge icon and select Pay charge
5. From there, you will be connected to the TFL call centre. Alternatively, if you are already registered with TFL, then you click to pay by Text.
6. Your iMessage application will be opened with the short code for TFL.
7. Please note, you can only pay by text on the day you entered the Zone.
8. If you’re payment by text has been successful, then TFL will send you a confirmation text message.
