With thousands more people trying to drive into London to avoid the London Underground Strike, it appears there is likely to be a bonanza for the Congestion Charge as the Mayor refuses to suspend it during the strike.

"Almost £40 million has been collected from over 400,000 people this year" says Asheet Advani, Commercial Director of AutoAlert.
