Viewing Your Location, Reports and Settings.

Log onto the Congestion Charging Check and Reminder website by entering your email and unique key into the username and password field. Then press Enter.

This will then take you into your account where you can view maps of your location, view reports and change settings including your password.

Note: The username is case sensitive so ensure you use exactly the same email as used when registering your iPhone. (The iPhone may capitalise the letters of your email address differently to what you would normally expect)

Once logged into the myAutoAlert site, you can view additional comprehensive help and support as well as trouble shooting advice.
