In order to do this, its important that our technology is very simple and intuitive to use. Many of our customers are small businesses without the resources to have teams of people and consultants working on their behalf. It is therefore key, that our solutions can be used with minimal training and minimal interaction.
AutoAlert spends considerable time and effort working with our customers to understand how they use the platform, what could be improved and what new features they would like to see. We also take inspiration from other leading companies such as Flipboard, Twitter and Dropbox
