AutoAlert Announces Fleet Tracking Marriage to Media

The release discusses a novel approach to marketing combining the reach of the media with the expertise of companies such as AutoAlert to develop new revenue streams and benefit from the move to mobile applications.

One such application was the Metro C-Zone application which allows commuters to check when they are in a congestion charging zone anywhere in Europe.  As the Metro is published in a number of European countries with a readership strongly skewed towards commuters they were keen to work with companies to develop applications which could target this sector.

Given AutoAlert's experience with their London Congestion Charge application there was an obvious synergy.

The C-Zones application was launched towards the end of 2010 and has been very successful for both the Metro and AutoAlert.  New features have already been added with new developments in the pipeline.
